“Learn to light a candle in the darkest moments of someone’s life. Be the light that helps others see; it is what gives life its deepest significance.” – Roy T. Bennet

I Fear…

I fear the flames of a kingdom’s camp

Where they gather around and sing songs

Of love’s pleas and dangerous men

And wishings to right past wrongs

I see the shallowness in it all

As furtive looks are taken and measured

Aged bodies in cloak pointing to stall

The judgement’s coming and sins counted
